Terms

Results are produced by software, including AI models. They are usually right and sometimes wrong: a misheard name, a misread digit, a citation built from incomplete metadata. Where a tool can check its own work — the balance checks on bank statements, for example — it tells you the result; where it cannot, you should check anything you rely on.

Output is not financial, tax, legal or academic advice. You are responsible for how you use it, including in accounts, filings and submitted work.

You keep every right you have in what you upload and in the results. You give Sonomir permission to process them only to run the tool you asked for and to show and deliver the result to you. Results are never published, and uploads are deleted when the job ends, as described in the privacy page.

• Upload anything you do not have the right to use, or anything illegal.
• Upload someone else's financial or personal documents without their permission.
• Use scripts or repeated accounts to get around the free allowances.
• Try to break, overload, or get into parts of the service that are not yours.

Access can be refused to anyone who does, and credits bought to abuse the service are not refunded.

Credits are bought in one-time packs and never expire. Checkout is run by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, so the sale, any sales tax or VAT, and the receipt come from Dodo Payments, under its own buyer terms. They are tied to the email address used at checkout, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and are only spent when you run a paid job or buy a download — the price is shown before anything is charged. Re-downloading something you have already paid for is free.

• If a job fails, or its result is unusable because the tool got it wrong, the credits it charged are returned. Email hello@sonomir.com with the job if that did not happen automatically.
• Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, and the refunded credits are removed from your wallet.
• After 14 days, unused credits stay in your wallet, without expiry, but are not refunded as money.

The service is provided as it is. It may change, be unavailable for a while, or drop a feature. A tool may stop being offered; if that happens, unused credits remain usable on the other tools or are refunded on request.

To the extent the law allows, Sonomir's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before it, and Sonomir is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot legally be removed.
