About a job or a result
Include:
- the tool you used;
- the address of the result page, the one with `?job=` in it, if you still have it;
- what you expected and what came back. For a bank statement, the date and amount of a row that is wrong is enough.
Please do not email the statement itself or any password unless asked. If the result is wrong because the tool got it wrong, the credits it charged are returned.
About a payment or a refund
Include the email address you paid with and, if you have it, the receipt from Dodo Payments.
- A job that fails, or whose result is unusable because the tool got it wrong, has its credits returned.
- Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. The money goes back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, and the refunded credits leave your wallet.
- After 14 days, unused credits stay in your wallet, without expiry, but are not refunded as money.

Deleting your data
Each result has its own delete button. To remove everything held about you (jobs, results, your email address and your credit balance), email from the address concerned and say so. It is done within 30 days, usually much sooner. How your files are handled explains what is kept and for how long.
A batch of statements
For more statements than you want to run yourself, the done-for-you service converts and reconciles them by hand, quoted upfront.
