How it works

1. Tell us the size of the batch
Email the number of statements, the rough page count, the bank and the format you need. Don't attach anything yet.
2. Get a fixed price
You get a quote back, usually the same day: $1 a page, $20 minimum for the batch. Nothing is charged until you agree to it.
3. Send the statements, get them back reconciled
Within 2 business days you get one file per account, or one combined workbook. Every statement either balances to the cent (opening + money in − money out = closing) or comes with the exact difference and the rows that cause it.

Who is this for?
Bookkeepers and tax preparers with a client's year of PDFs, small-business owners catching up on their books, and anyone moving old statements into QuickBooks, Xero, YNAB, GnuCash or Excel who would rather not check three hundred rows themselves.
Why not just use the free tool?
You can, and for one statement it is the quicker option. This is for batches, for scans and photos that need a person to look at them, and for when you need a result you can hand to a client without checking it first.
What formats can I get?
Excel (transactions, balance checks and a summary on separate sheets), CSV, QIF and OFX. If your software wants a specific CSV column layout, say which one and it comes back in that shape.
What happens to my statements?
They are used only to do the conversion, and deleted once you have confirmed you received the result. They are never shared, published or used as examples. The full detail is on the privacy page.
What if a statement doesn't balance?
Sometimes the statement itself is the problem: a missing page, or a pending item printed in the list but left out of the balance. You get the exact difference and the reason, not a spreadsheet that quietly looks fine.
